Trust Each Other and Thou Shall Live in Peace
If everybody learns how to trust each other , there is a greater chance
that the world will achieve harmony which in turn results into a
peaceful society . But however one hopes for such , it still seemed bleak
though . Diversity , which is brought about by globalization that was
supposed to pacify racial discrimination , makes the situation even
worse . There are even various groups within the society who recognizes
solely those with whom they thought should be trusted - with which are
usually of the same race as they are , the same color , and the same
language they speak .
But trust is not supposed to recognize color it does not recognize any
language , nor any group , and at the least , it does not recognize any
race . Every individual is entitled to be given with one everyone has
the right to be trusted .
The first characteristic of trust that is an appealing value that

illustrates trust .
In the workplace , on the other hand , when the boss gives his people
what seemed to be a difficult task , shows yet another characteristic of
trust which are the presence of a sense of responsibility and
creativity . The task is not intended to make them suffer , but it only

Trust develops a sense of unity among people of different backgrounds -
may it be culture , language , color or race , education , and any other
differences . Trust binds people thus no more misunderstandings and peace
shall prevail .

it is important that one should recognize who to trust .
Trusting somebody is truly not an easy thing to do . However , if one
learns how to trust and be trusted at the same time , there is a greater
opportunity of learning in the world of trust .
As an effect of trusting somebody , one would feel a sense of belonging
to the other person whom he had trusted . It at the same time allows him
to grow as a person since trusting someone is sharing a piece...
