`How would you describe yourself as a human being? What quality do you like best in yourself and what do you like least? What quality would you most like to see flourish and which would you like to see wither?`

One of the things that it is easy and at the same time difficult to do
is being familiar with oneself . There is an impression that the person
you are mostly likely to know better is yourself because you are simply
dealing with your own self . Who else would be aware of how you think and
what you feel but no one other than yourself alone . However , these
reasons are the same factors that make it difficult to know oneself .

Trust Each Other and Thou Shall Live in Peace
If everybody learns how to trust each other , there is a greater chance
that the world will achieve harmony which in turn results into a
peaceful society . But however one hopes for such , it still seemed bleak
though . Diversity , which is brought about by globalization that was
supposed to pacify racial discrimination , makes the situation even
worse . There are even various groups within the society who recognizes
solely those with whom they thought should be trusted - with which are
usually of the same race as they are , the same color , and the same
language they speak .
But trust is not supposed to recognize color it does not recognize any
language , nor any group , and at the least , it does not recognize any
race . Every individual is entitled to be given with one everyone has
the right to be trusted .

During my year at Dean College , apart from putting efforts in enhancing
my academic performance , I had been working as a peer tutor in the
Learning Center . The Learning Center provides materials and information
to enhance students ' learning skills , ability and their knowledge on the
content of subjects . My role is to offer content assistance in the areas
of Economics , English and Mathematics , but would often cross-tutor in
several other areas such as Criminal Justice , writing , and general study
skills . Experiencing the success in assisting other students and
receiving good feedbacks had gained me a really joyful work experience
as a peer tutor .

The Winged Human-Headed Bull
The Winged Human-Headed Bull
The one piece of Mesopotamian art that struck me the most was the Winged Human Headed Bull, also called Lamassu. This high relief struck me because of its power. It is able to command attention through its size, position, and strangeness. Its scale is massive at almost fourteen feet tall. It is placed at the entrance of the Citadel of Sargon II, demanding attention and setting the mood. It carries a strangeness with its five legs, bull body, human head, and bird wings.
Hard Work is the Key to Success
Hard Work is the Key to Success
"One percent inspiration, 99 percent perspiration"—Edison's definition of genius has often been quoted to define success as well. Even before Edison, the rigors of success were described by painter Michelangelo thus: "If people knew how hard I had to work to gain my mastery, it wouldn't seem wonderful at all."
Achieving success is almost like finding God—the destination is the same, but the roads are as varied as the seekers. All you need to do is choose your path…

Becoming An Architect
Becoming An Architect

To most people, architects are people that sit in an office and draw all day. They get paid lots of money for these drawings and somehow the drawings turn into reality in the forms of buildings and other structure. Many people have a dislike for modern architecture and say “they don’t get it.” To them, these buildings and other structures look weird and they do not comprehend the entire design concept. The field of architecture is more than what meets the eye.
Architecture is a great field to enter.
